I was buying this book for my elderly Dad to use with his new air fryer. It looks to have some good recipes in it but is pretty well useless here in Australia, as measurements are all in ounces, pounds and Fahrenheit. Not even both. I would not have bought this book had this been mentioned in the description.

Very good book for beginners. Chart with various cooking instructions for veggies is worth the price of the book itself. Also contains good basic recipes.

it gives you alot of information you need to know so you use your air fryer properly lots of great recipes.even tells you how to clean them without damaging them im still looking at the book and learning how to work it before actually using it.

The Essential Air Fryer Cook Book for Beginners is very in formative and helpful made my first time using an Air Fryer so much easier.
