This is one of those times I can't recommend this product enough and it deserves every star allowed. It was extremely easy to install and only requires three screws to mount but we used two and it's not going anywhere. You can use the QR code for mounting instructions or go online for informative videos. It's a win win kind of deal considering you get a motion detector, floodlight and a clear quality camera. We choose to set the motion detector to only go off at night which was a nice option considering were a family of four which can create alot of traffic. The lights are LED and can be adjusted to your liking and we left ours on the half way mark which lite up almost our entire driveway. The camera is high definition and it also records sound even if your not right up next to it. After each recording it sends it straight to your phone in real time. It records from 5 seconds to a minute which you can set up on your phone using the app. You can also set it up to where you only get alerted during portions of the day so your phone Isn't going off every time a family member pulls in or out of the driveway. It comes with a small wifi box that you just plug into any outlet and it connected to our wifi right away. My husband and I did a test run and he actually sent me the video which was pretty cool as I was able to show my friends how great the quality and sound was with Blink. I absolutely recommend this product since it's once piece and replaces multiples and looks great above our driveway!!

I purchased this with the intension of putting it up on my Back Porch. I looked at so many different Blink Doorbells, Cameras and Porchlights that I lost track and purchased a Battery Operated Porchlight instead of Wired! I've never installed the Light because it would be going where there is a Wired Connection. I'd like to keep it a Wired Connection! I will eventually get around to Buying a Wired Blink Porchlight. I didn't return this Porchlight because I may end up using it eventually in an area where there's no wiring, I'll just have to wait and see. I do still have a couple more Cameras to install, one was slotted to be used with this porchlight .

This product description is outdated. It states clearly what devices it is compatible with (i.e., “Blink Outdoor”) and is not compatible with (i.e., “Blink Indoor, Mini, XT2, XT, or first generation Blink Indoor”). I ordered this with confidence that it would be compatible with my Blink Outdoor cameras as the product description says. This Floodlight Mount has a microUSB adapter and my cameras, also purchased on this order (Blink Outdoor 4) require a USB-C adapter. Since this product description says it is compatible with “Blink Outdoor”, that implies that Blink Outdoor 4 is compatible.

This Blink Outdoor 3rd generation with floodlight is exactly what I was looking for to mount on my barn. Included in the box is the camera, sync module 2, the floodlight, a mounting bracket, mounting kit, 2 AA lithium batteries, 4 D-Cell batteries, a USB cable, power adapter, and right angle adapter. Set-up took about 30 minutes, it's compatible with Alexa and has 2-way audio. The Blink home monitor app lets you set the lights for trigger as well as the motion detection zones and to receive alerts. Not a fan of subscriptions so I will be using the sync module instead. You can view in HD day or night mode and the picture is decent so far. The viewing range is 110 degrees which seems to be sufficient for my needs and the lighting is more than enough for my country home (no street lights here!). The only glitch I have found so far is the motion activated lights are hit or miss so I need to do some troubleshooting to see if it's the camera or the user.

I deducted one star because it does not include a siren which would come in handy, an added layer of security if you will.
